iFeza was established by two seasoned entrepreneurs and business professionals in the financial and business industries.  Being in business for more than 20 years, they  identified a need to upscale financial literacy in South Africa and in so established a skills development and financial support solution.

iFeza means “I accomplish” in isiZulu, and that is our vision for South Africans to accomplish their personal life goals through skills development.  We are passionate about helping South Africans to become financially literate and achieve financial wellness, as well as career and personal development goals.

eLearning courses are available in English, whereas classroom-based, virtual courses and coaching can be offered in English, isiZulu, isiXhosa, Setswana, Sesotho, Tsonga and Afrikaans.

eLearning and virtual courses can be offered across South Africa and Africa, whereas classroom-based training can be conduct across South Africa.

iFeza does not outsource any staffing requirements and all services are offered by iFeza employees e.g. training, coaching, assessments, moderation and therefore can control the quality and timely service offerings to its clients.

iFeza is able to provide customised financial wellness solutions to meet its clients’ needs.

iFeza enters into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with its clients to ensure that both parties expectations are met, within the agreed time frame.
