At the stand, professional financial representatives discuss the concept of financial wellness with employees, ask probing questions to determine their area of interest / need and assist with financial information via brochures, one-on-one consultations, credit reports and/or directing them to the relevant training intervention to suit their interest and needs.

Complete a FREE Credit Report generated by the Experian Credit Bureau

  • Educate employees about the importance of a good credit record
  • Assist employees in accessing the credit survey to complete
  • Receive professional assistance in interpreting and understanding the Credit Report
  • Based on the financial needs of the employee as per their Credit Report, direct employees to suitable financial training, products or services that can assist in improving their Credit Records

Ideally for non-office based and junior positions, iFeza offers the following fun and highly interactive gamified workshops on Wellness Days:

  • managing your finances boardgame (60 minute duration)
  • budgeting game (40 minute duration)
  • saving tips card game (30 minute duration)

For employees that are office based or work remotely, and have access to the internet, we can offer virtual training for 40-60 minutes, on a variety of topics.

Alternatively should you wish to incorporate financial wellness training for a longer duration, we offer comprehensive eLearning courses as well as onsite skills programme course delivery.

  • A survey can be conducted and reported on statistically to the client, regarding chosen financial wellness aspects.
  • Suggested solution are provided to the Client, that can address the employees’ areas of development or concern identified in the survey.
  • Various diffirent games are available for employees to participate in that tests their general financial knowledge.
  • Prizes are also available as reward for winning a game or answering general knowledge questions correctly, while indirectly teaching financial concepts
